Swing Gates

Swing access gates are available to allow access where it is not desirable to simply leave a gap in a barrier run. The gates are fitted to barrier posts using a high quality self-closing double action hinge mechanism allowing access from either direction.

The gates can be supplied to be lockable when in a closed position and are ideal for use in situations where regular personnel or irregular mechanical/materials access is required.

Sliding Gates

Where gaps in a barrier are not desirable for access and using a swing gate would present an obstruction when gates are in the open position sliding access gates are an ideal solution. The gates side on a section of standard 3 rail pedestrian barrier and the gate and barrier section are supplied as a pre-assembled unit.

This type of gate is ideally suited for use in areas such as loading bays where a swing gate would present an obstruction to traffic movement.

Both swing and sliding gates are available to give standard openings of 1000mm, 1500mm or 2000mm. The gates can be supplied as single units or in pairs to give 2000mm, 3000mm or 4000mm openings. Gate sizes can be mixed and matched to give any combination of the standard openings as required. Both types of gates can be optionally fitted with locking mechanisms so the gates may be secured when in the closed position.

The barrier has been designed and developed to comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
